We will also include a sneak peak (pour) of our 2022 Holloran Sauvignon Blanc Sur Les Peaux. \nThe Sur Les Peaux features fermentation ‘on the skins’ – we ferment the grapes in direct contact with the skins much like we do with pinot noir\, and finish with an extended barrel aging. This results in a wine showing a deeper\, firmer phenolic profile with quite unique aromas and flavors that evolve with some bottle aging. \nGather your friends and family and join us in our celebration of Sauvignon Blanc. Additionally\, you’ll enjoy some bites and indulge in our latest release\, the 2023 Artist Series Rosé\, with artwork featured by Portland artist Anisa Asakawa. \nThis is a family-friendly event\, and we will have non-alcoholic options. \nAll proceeds of this event will be donated to PERCH Wildlife Education\, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing public education as well as financial and logistic support for wildlife rehabilitators. As a LIVE-certified sustainable winery\, Adelsheim Vineyard has been leading the charge in sustainable wine growing for years. Our partnership with Alina Blankenship is a direct product of our commitment to sustainable farming\, and we are so happy to be able to host and share her expertise with you all! \nMore about PERCH: Perch provides ecological\, physiological and conservation education using live birds of prey. SUMMARY:Mason Bee Tour at Domaine Willamette
DESCRIPTION:Join the Oregon Bee Project for a bee-friendly wine tour through our biodynamic vineyard at Domaine Willamette. You’ll enjoy a flight of four wines and a honey-themed cheese plate during the tour. \nFeatured wines include our 2020 Brut\, 2020 Brut Rosé\, 2021 Bernau Estate Pinot Noir and 2021 Tualatin Estate Pinot Noir. \nTickets are $50 per person or $40 for Owners and Club Members. Tours are offered every hour between 12 pm and 4 pm. The ticket price includes a pack of seeds to take home and a $15 wine credit to use toward your favorite bottle of the day.
