Seven Sails Vineyard

Nestled in the forest of the Tualatin Mountains of Portland, OR Seven Sails Vineyard is home to 1,500 Pinot Gris vines planted in 1999 and 2005. From only 3 acres of one varietal Kate and Shuhe have managed to craft their signature "3 Shades of Gris" including rosé, white and their delicious Rouge de Gris. With the 2020 harvest an exceptional Sparkling Brut Pinot Gris joined the crew. Newly released in 2022 is their Barrel Fermented Pinot Gris and a Sparkling Brut Rosé to die for, and coming summer of 2023 will be their first Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Walla Walla Valley grapes.
